Description

This project is available to ONLY MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (MACC), FOR GENERAL CONSTRUCTION OF FACILITIES, NAVAL STATION NEWPORT, NEWPORT RI The project shall include the HVAC renovation to the Zulu Lab in building 1171. The area of the renovation includes approximately 3400 square feet which includes prototype testing equipment and office spaces. The space will be provided with new HVAC systems, which will provide specialized climate control. The new mechanical system will utilize direct expansion computer room units for cooling the lab spaces and a chilled water air handling unit for the office spaces. The electrical system serving the new mechanical equipment will be upgraded to serve the equipment. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (22-APR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
