- The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to incorporate the attached site visit roster and the Contractor Questions with Government Responses. All other terms and conditions remain the same. --------------------------------------------------------- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a for Cooling Tower Mechanical Separator at Salt Lake City (SLC) Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT). This SIR/RFP is being posted in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements. All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this SIR. NAICS CODE# - 237110 Location: Salt Lake City (SLC) Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT). A site visit is scheduled for April 16, 2019 at 10:00 am. To attend the site visit please submit your name, company, and contact information to Tiffany Weber at tiffany.w.weber@faa.gov no later than April 12, 2019. All questions regarding this SIR should be submitted in writing to Tiffany Weber at tiffany.w.weber@faa.gov. All questions must be received no later than April 22, 2019. Proposals should be submitted to Tiffany Weber at tiffany.w.weber@faa.gov. Proposals are due no later than April 29, 2019 @ 15:00 MT. Any proposal received after 15:00 MT on April 29, 2019 will be considered non-responsive and will not be eligible for award. To be considered for award of this requirement, the offeror must have a current/valid registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database website: www.sam.gov, and the offeror must submit a proposal in accordance with Section L and Section M of this SIR.
