- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1 (b)(1)(i) the agency's minimum needs can only be satisfied by unique services available from only one source. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with SAFE Boats, International for Armor Plates and Pump Room Ladders for the MKVI (78PB) Combatant Craft. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-APR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
