Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Tenant Division is posting a solicitation for full and open competition, to provide yearly full-service preventative maintenance support, unlimited on-site repairs, software upgrades, on-line technical support, and telephone assistance to resolve technical problems for Government owned Aglient equipment as well as Government owned non-Agilent equipment located throughout the Chemical Biologocal Center on Aberdeen Proving Grounds (APG). The Solicitation Number is W91ZLK-19-R-0025. The due date for this RFP is 23 May 2019 by 1:00 EST. Any questions reagrding this soliciatation must be submitted in writing by 1:00 EST 2 May 2019. The Government intends to award single award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) contract in which firm fixed price task orders are anticipated to be issued. The period of performance is five years (a one year base with four one year option periods). All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov database prior to award. The proposal due date will be (30) days from the date the solicitation is issued. The North American Industrial Classificatioin Code (NAICS) is 811219 with a size standard of $20.5 million. Amendments, if any, will be posted at the same location as the solicitation. The complete solicitation package, including amendments, should be received and reviewed prior to submitting a response. It is the responsibility of those responding to the solicitation to obtain all amendments and/or applicable documents. The Government will not maintain a mailing list.
