THIS ANNOUNCMENT IS THE OFFICIAL PHASE I SOLICITATION FOR THIS REQUIREMENT AND FULLY REPLACES FAACO/FBO PRESOLICITATION ANNOUNCMENT 32664-0002 OF THE SAME REQUIREMENT TITLE. There is no limitation of business size or status to submit proposals for Phase I; however, potential offerors are advised that only offerors who are fully responsive to this announcement, submit an acceptable proposal, and who are selected in a tiered evaluation process will be solicited for a proposal during Phase II of this process.
