Description
This requirement if for a Base Operations Support Service contract (BOS). The NAICS is 561210. The contractor is responsible for the servicing four locations: RX Site Juana Diaz) Ft Allen), NRTF Aguada, NOSC Puerto Rico (Ft Buchanan, TX Site Vieques. The contractor is responsible for preventive maintenance, inspection, testing and certification of equipment, repair work, janitorial services, pest control services, refuse services, ground maintenance, control inspection, fire alarm monitoring, and IDS Installation, monitoring and Repair. a. Monthly Preventive Maintenance. The PM Program shall be implemented for the equipment and systems listed in J-1502000-06 through J-1502000-09. The contractor developed PM program shall provide an economical approach manufacturers ™ recommended procedures, OEM standards, and maintenance required to satisfy equipment warranties and keep systems in normal working condition b. Air Filter Replacement. Air filters for HVAC equipment shall be changed or cleaned in accordance with J-1502000-06 through J-1502000-09. If desired, the Contractor may use bulk filters cut to the proper size; however, filters will be of the proper thickness and type material. Filters will be furnished and installed/removed by the contractor. A tag shall be placed next to the component housing the air filter indicating the date the filter was changed c. Electrical “ The Contractor will develop and submit a PM program, per Section F, for the substation and transmission lines serving the antenna site on Mt Pirata. d. HVAC “ The Contractor shall maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure proper operation, to minimize breakdowns, and to maximize useful life. e. Grounding “ Only provide services for a non-recurring or emergency Non recurring services during an emergency situation. f. Refuse - provide 1 each 8 cubic yard dumpster at Puerto Rico Centroid to be emptied and returned once per week. Provide 1 each 20 cubic yard roll off dumpster at Puerto Rico Range to be emptied and returned once each 4 months. g. Provide assistance in preparing all sites for inclement weather as necessary. Provide assistance in site recovery after inclement weather (within established thresholds). Prepare damage reports and estimates of repair costs to KO and COR after inclement weather.
