Description

This is NOT a solicitation or request for quote (RFQ). This is NOT a request for proposal (RFP). This is NOT a job advertisement for hiring employees. The VA is performing market research to find out if qualified vendors are interested, available and capable of performing services at the location specified. QUALIFIED VENDORS are asked to provide a very brief response to this notice including only just what is asked for in this notice below. This is Sources Sought notice to industry and the only information available to you is already posted on the FBO web page. The attachments included on the FBO page do not include any additional information. If your company is interested please read this notice entirely and submit the required information, as requested herein. Sources Sought means seeking qualified vendors. VA is requesting very BRIEF RESPONSES from qualified sources who have interest and capability of performing CLINICAL SPIRITUAL COUNSELING services for no more than five (5) eligible Veteran beneficiaries at a time, over a one-year period, with a maximum of five sessions a week. The VA anticipates that the resultant contract will cover a minimum one-year period, but not exceeding a five-year period. Phone to phone contact is required for emergency intervention or administrative duties with the Veteran. Vendor must be able to accommodate counseling appointments either at the practitioner s office and/or through the non-VA telehealth medium of VSee. At least one vendor location is required within the State of Montana for walk-ins for Veterans to use if they choose. QUALIFIED VENDOR means an individual or organization who can satisfy the above criteria and maintain current qualifications. Current in qualifications means all practitioners of clinical spiritual counseling must be certified and current as a Licensed Clinical Christian Counselor (LCCC) with the National Christian Counselors Association and have at least an MA or MS within a type of counseling field. In addition, all providers will have to undergo a US Federal background check, be finger printed, and complete all required annual training. If a solicitation is published to FBO to request quotes, offerors will also have to have valid registration in SAM.gov by the closing time of the solicitation.
