- Chassis Swap Parts 6.540K10012276 --FROM JD 644J to Cat 950M--- remove IronWolf power plant from JD 644J remove IronWolf cutter head from JD 644J manufacture/install backplate for IW power plant to 950M manufacture/install clip between 950M & IW cutter ---clip will be either CAT #373-3900 or 349-5246 and will be supplied by the USDA Forest Service install new cab hyd hardlines and brackets to 950M install IW power plant to 950M install new high/low pressure hyd hoses between cutter head and cab hardlines (front) install new high/low pressure hyd hoses between IW power plant and cab mounted hardlines (rear) re-mount existing IW cab control to 950M install new fluids, run, filter, adjust and test unit some modification of the fiberglass hood on the 950M will be required The Government will consider as part of the evaluation process the cost incurred by the government for transportation of the equipment to the contractors proposed work facility and the cost of transporting government inspectors to the facility throughout the course of the contract. These additional government costs for transportation will be considered as part of each offer.
