Place of Performance

Address: Various locations in Afghanistan as directed by the Sales Contracting Officer. Individual awardees will be assigned to remove from Bagram, Kandahar, and/or Forward Operating Bases and Hub-based Disposal Operation (HBDO) sites managed as removal locations by DLA Disposition Services. The bidder should understand the Sales Contracting Officer assigns the removal locations. Bidders are not selecting the location(s) they desire for removal(s). Bids received for scrap at specific locations will be considered non-responsive. The bid covers any and all locations assigned as a removal location. The bidders may be asked to remove scrap at one or multiple locations at the same time, based on the needs of the United States Government. The bid price for scrap will apply to all removal locations. Removal locations cannot be identified with any level of certainty, as the ever-changing mission dictates the removal locations.
