- Replace Pavilion Roof and Seal Wooden Structural Members, Erie VA Medical Center The Erie VA Medical Center has a requirement to replace the roof of the pavilion and clean & seal the wooden structural members. The scope of work shall consist of furnishing all labor and materials to perform all work in connection with the project. The site for the Project is the Erie VA Medical Center, 135 East 38th Street, Erie PA 16504. All work shall be completed in strict accordance with the specifications provided. This requirement is a Request for Proposal and is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Additionally, this acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 36, Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts, and Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The magnitude of construction is less than $25,00.00. The period of performance of is 60 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Solicitation documents, including scope of work, will be available electronically on or about May 10, 2019, at www.fbo.gov. Offers are advised to check the website frequently, as they are responsible for obtaining amendments. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 238160. The Product Service Code {PSC} for this acquisition is Z1JZ Maintenance of Miscellaneous Buildings. A pre-proposal conference and site visit for the project will be held within two weeks after issuance of the solicitation. The exact date/time/location of the conference will be specified in the solicitation. Prior to award the selected firm must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov (visit www.sam.gov to complete your registration) and must also be registered in VetBiz Registry in order to be eligible for contract award (visit www.vip.vetbiz.gov to complete your company registration). To be considered for award all prospective contractors shall be in compliance with VAAR 819.7003 and be verified for eligibility in the VIP database at www.vetbiz.gov, on the date and time proposals are due.
