- The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island, on the behalf of Joint Manufacturing Technology Center (JMTC), is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having interest in and the resources to provide the following: General Contractor Requirements RIA-JMTC will remove the required generator sets and will arrange a mutually agreed upon time for the vendor to pick the generators up from JMCT using their vehicles for transportation. Once the generators are at the vendor's facility, they will remove the Housing unit from the generator for re-use. The vendor will remove and discard the internal components of the returned generator set. Then produce an all new internal generator set and all of the supporting components that meet the specification of print 11E421520 to include the Skid. The new internal generator set must fit in the same dimensions of the housing unit that will be re-used. Once the new Generator set is complete the vendor will perform function testing on the generator set and provide JMTC a copy of the test report detailing the generator meets the specification of print 11E421520 by serial number. Once successful function testing is complete the vendor will contact the COR and arrange for a mutually agree upon time for the vendor to return the completed Generator sets back to JMTC using the vendor's vehicles for transportation. This will be for a quantity of 14 with an option of 30%. The Drawing is attached. Respondents should demonstrate that they possess the experience and technical capability to support this requirement. Respondents shall provide a summary of their company's capability, CAGE Code and whether their company is large or small business. All responses under this sources sought notice must be emailed to Heather Petersen at heather.j.petersen.civ@mail.mil.
