Description

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION to determine the availability and technical capability of HUBZone Small Businesses (SB) to provide the required products and/or services. DISA is seeking information for potential sources for DISA Storefront Software Development and Production Support. The objective of this requirement is to provide software development support and expertise for the unclassified and classified DSF portals in NIPRNet and SIPRNet hosted environments. This includes providing support and expertise for DISA Service Catalog, order entry and management capabilities for DISA services, process workflow automation, SDE automation, System Integrations, transactions occurring between systems, notifications, and reporting capabilities. DSF is the single point of entry for DISA services. DISA is expanding DSF to host ordering capabilities for all DISA services. DISA service delivery automation, order fulfillment transparency, and process efficiencies promoting faster response times.
