Description

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award a sole source firm fixed price (FFP) contract to Military Operations Research Society, Inc. (MORS) for a five day in residence instruction course under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), and utilizing FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, procedures in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simpflied Acquisition Procedures. The Procurement is for operations research systems analyst (ORSA) familiarization training onsite at NGA in Springfield, VA for up to 25 students. NGA believes Military Operations Research Society, Inc. is the only source reasonably available to satisfy this Intelligence Community (IC) centric training requirement. Military Operations Research Society, Inc. is a small nonprofit, 501c3 firm that provides training and certification services focusing on the military and intelligence community.
