- The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Philadelphia Office, intends to acquire non-personal services support for the Naval Audit Service (NAVAUDSVC) located in Washington D.C. The proposed contract action is for commercial services in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested parties may identify their capability and respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. Wolters Kluwer Financial Services DBA: CCH, is the only known business who can provide TeamMate Software maintenance services. This electronic audit software system is the only available solution that provides database access through a distributed model; making use of the current share drive. Furthermore, CCH is the only known provider capable of providing the TeamMate software solution. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 511210.
