- NCTC PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM PROJECT INFORMATION: The National Conservation Training Center (NCTC) is an active training facility for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. The NCTC site is a campus setting with multiple buildings, which include lodges, offices, training rooms, a large auditorium, a laboratory, dining facilities, gymnasium, operations support, etc. The government is seeking a full functioning Property Management System that can be instituted as seamlessly as possible by replacing the current outdated system(s). The application will be housed at the National Conservation Training Center (NCTC) at 698 Conservation Way, Shepherdstown, WV 25443. The system will be customized to meet the specific requirements of the NCTC processes. System users will consist of a wide variety of front desk, reservations, conference setup, audio visual, food and beverage, back office, administrative/management, and night audit. These staff will be a combination of contractor and federal and will require varying levels of role based security access privileges. The primary NAICS for this acquisition will be 541513, with a small business size standard of $27.5 million. The request for quote is scheduled for release on or about 13 May 2019. The bids will be due on or about 12 June 2019. The anticipated award date is on or around 30 June 2019. The acquisition will be issued as an unrestricted Request for Quote through FedBizOpps. The Government may include options in the solicitation. This acquisition will result in a single fixed price contract. Award shall be made to the responsible contractor whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, will be the best value to the Government, considering price and technical factors included in the solicitation. This is an electronically issued acquisition. The Government will issue the solicitation via FedBizOpps. Quotes will be received in electronic copies only by email. Fax proposals will not be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by this agency.
