Description

The Defense Contract Management Agency Procurement Center, located in Fort Lee, Virginia, intends to solicit orally and award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to the Graduate School located at 600 Maryland Ave SW Suite 180 Washington, DC for sixteen (16) DCMA 2019 Centralized Development Program Selectees to attend the Graduate School's Executive Leadership Program for a contract period of May 6, 2019-February 7, 2020. The anticipated award date is May 2, 2019. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency; however, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 as prescribed in FAR 13.106(b)(1) Soliciting from a Single Source. A justification to not compete this acquisition has been properly executed and included with this notice. The justification addresses the requirements of FAR 5.207(c)(15), reason for lack of competition.
