Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), North East Fisheries Science Center (NEFSC) located at Woods Hole, Massachusetts intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Microwave Telemetry Inc. 8835 Columbia 100 Parkway, Suites K & L, Columbia, MD 21045, under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13, and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.303. The anticipated award date is 30 April 2019. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 811219 with a business size standard of $7.5M.
