Description
The purpose of FBO amendment dated 4/26/19 is to upload solicitation amendment 0001, including an SF-30 and revised attachment E. The Lakes States Acquisition Team announces an opportunity for Non-Native Invasive Plant (NNIP) treatment service Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts on the Hiawatha National Forest in Michigan. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 115310. The Small Business Administration size standard is $7.5 million. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to be considered for award. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis, the solicitation or any follow up information requests. The solicitation is posted to this FedBizOpps (FBO) announcement and no hard copies of the solicitation, supporting documents and applicable amendments, if any, will be provided. One or more IDIQ contracts will be awarded from this solicitation with a performance period of five years from date of award. The maximum award amount, of all IDIQ contracts combined, shall not exceed $250,000. Task orders announced as attachments D through F are anticipated to be awarded with initial IDIQ contract awards. Possibly, a contractor could be awarded an IDIQ contract without receiving an initial task order award. Quotes may be mailed to the address located in block 9 of the SF1449 (page 1 of the solicitation) or emailed to shawn.lacina@usda.gov. As stated on page 15 of the solicitation, a complete quote will consist of: - A completed SF1449; - A completed Schedule of Items (quote) for each task order pricing request; - Completed pages 15-30 of the solicitation document; - A technical proposal that includes: o Past performance information, for all projects of similar scope completed by the offeror in the last three years. Information should include project name, description, contract dollar value, and a customer point of contact name and phone number. o Technical capability information that include name, qualifications, and education/training of employees that are proposed to work on a resultant contract.
