- Description
- The United States Government is seeking expressions of interest from potential sources for approximately 6,800 rentable square feet of flex space for office and light industrial in Idaho Falls, Idaho. The space must yield a minimum of 5,390 ANSI/BOMA (formerly "Usable") square feet to a maximum of 5,930 ANSI/BOMA (formerly "Usable") square feet of contiguous space. The space shall provide access to fourteen parking spaces for on-site visitor/employee parking. In addition, there is a requirement for approximately 4,500 square feet of secured ware yard. Proposals which satisfy all space requirements in a single location will be considered.
