- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)/Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS)/Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) Facility located in Edinburg, TX intends to award a sole source, five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement to Better World Manufacturing, Inc. DUNS: 842402331 CAGE Code: 3NLA8 for the supply of Multi lure Traps. Reasons for Authority Cited: This requirement is applicable to FAR 6.301-1(2), "When the supplies or services required by the agency are available from only one responsible source..." Better World Manufacturing, Inc. is the only manufacturer of this trap. The Multilure trap is patented in the United States. Patent number is US 6,532,695 B1 dated March 18, 2003.
