- OR-KLAMATH FALLS FWO ANCILLARY BLDG REMO The upcoming solicitation will be a small business set-aside. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) - Contracting and General Services (CGS) Region 1, located at 911 NE 11th Avenue; Portland, OR 97232, intends to issue a Request For Proposal for a firm-fixed price non-commercial items construction contract for ancillary building remodel located at Klamath Falls, Oregon. The magnitude of this construction project is Less than $25,000.00. The performance period will be approximately 3 months. The NAICS code is 236118 and the small business size standard of $36.5 million. The basis of award will utilize the best value continuum -- lowest price technically acceptable source selection process in accordance with FAR subpart 15.101-2 to result in an award to the responsible offeror pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. The technical/non-price evaluation factors are anticipated to be technically acceptable as per the SOW. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about May 3, 2019, with an anticipated proposal due date approximately 20 days after. Award is expected to be made within one week of the proposal due date. The performance period of the resulting contract will be from issuance of the Notice to Proceed through the number of days specified in the solicitation (Anticipated 10 days). All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. To be considered for award, interested contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at (https://www.sam.gov).
