- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N4523A19Q1305 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) using FAR part 13 procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01. This requirement shall be pursued using full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 532490 with a Product Service Code (PSC) of W041. The small business size standard is $32,500,000. CLIN 0001: 150-Ton Chiller Lease of one (1) unit. Period of Performance (POP) is 30-May 2019 to 30-September 2019. CLIN 0002 (OPTION): Lease to Purchase conversion. Item to be required is one (1) ea. 150 Ton Portable water Chiller Unit, air-cooled, with accessory equipment for lease to support production comfort cooling. Place of Performance: 1400 Farragut Avenue Bremerton, WA 98314 The Chiller and accessory equipment shall be delivered to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS&IMF) by the contractor where the vendor shall provide training to three Government personnel who shall operate the equipment during the rental period. The date of delivery should be no later than 30 May 2019. FOB Destination. All Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award.
