- ***This Solicitation number is W9127Q-19-R-0012**** Replace solicitation #W9127Q-19-R-0002 with W9127Q-19-R-0012 No other change is made to this solicitation at this time Quotes are due NLT 1:00PM CST on 04/30/2019 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9127Q-19-R-0002 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83, effective Jul 02, 2015 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) Change Notice 20150420 dated 20 April 2015. It is the contractors' responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This requirement is being issued as unrestricted. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 722310 with a standard of $32.5M. The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Mississippi-Contracting Office, Jackson, MS intends to issue a contract/purchase order for Meeting Space/Conference Facilities, meals and related services for the Yellow Ribbon Program Post/Pre Deployment/Family Demobilization Event, to be held Saturday, May 4, 2019 and Sunday, May 5, 2019 with set-up on Friday, May 3, 2019. The event will be attended by approximately 1000 Army National Guard members and their families. This is not a solicitation for Event Planning Services or 3rd party event planning services.
