- PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT SAN FRANCISCO MARITIME NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK REPLACE FOUR SEWER LIFT PUMPS AT MARITIME MUSEUM BUILDING RFQ No. 140P8619Q0025 The National Park Service (NPS), San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park (SAFR), located in San Francisco County, California, has a requirement for the replacement of four sewer lift pumps at the Maritime Museum Building. The work specified herein is on four (4ea.) existing 1938 ¿ era non- functioning sewer lift pumps located in the Maritime Museum Building ¿s Central Bleacher Utility Room. The work will include removal, and new replacement of the pumps internal workings including, but not limited to, the main shaft, motor bearings, grease lines, fittings, and various hardware. In addition, the work includes cleaning out the tank with a vacuum truck, and inspection of all pump operating systems. This procurement is set-aside for Total Small Business concerns only. All responsible sources with Small Business status may submit a proposal which, if timely received, will be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310; the small business size standard is $7.5 Million. The Government intends to award a single, fixed price contract. Award selection shall be made on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable determination made after consideration of price and factors other than price. The RFQ will be available via electronic commerce only and may be accessed on or about April 30, 2019 at either FBO: http://www.fbo.gov or FedConnect: http://www.fedconnect.net. The prospective Offeror is responsible for periodically checking these websites for any amendments that may be issued prior to the closing date of the RFQ. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT: Offerors shall be required to have a DUNS number and an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) in order to conduct business with the Federal Government.
