- Request for Information (RFI) for Software AG WebMethods Software Subscription N0018919QQ068 The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Mechanicsburg Contracting Office is issuing this RFI as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources having an interest in providing Software AG WebMethods Software Subscription and Maintenance Support. The purpose of this requirement is to provide brand name Software AG WebMethods Software Subscription and Maintenance Support for NAVSUP Business Systems Center (BSC). The preliminary product list is provided as an attachment. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes in determining the best method of procurement and building pricing estimates. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any hardware, software, subscription and support. Further, the Government is not seeking proposals or issuing a solicitation at this time and will not be accepting unsolicited proposals. Any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. The current acquisition strategy is to compete this requirement as a commercial firm-fixed price contract amongst Software AG authorized resellers of the WebMethods Software Subscription and Maintenance Support. The preliminary applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 511210, ADP Software. In addition, the government is interested in suggestions for best method of contract vehicles for this type of procurement. Existing contract vehicles may include but are not limited to GSA, SEWP, Open Market, etc. The Government ™s anticipated requirement is for the purchase of the license subscription with maintenance and subscription support for four one-year option periods. Provide pricing for the subscription purchase and subscription and maintenance support for four one-year option periods. If your organization is a Software AG authorized reseller of the WebMethods Software Subscription and Maintenance Support, please provide the following information: 1) organization name, address, email address, website address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; 2) Proof of a Software AG authorized reseller 3) Suggestion for method and/or contract vehicle. Also, the Government is interested in alternate solutions that will meet the minimum requirements of the Software AG WebMethods Software as mentioned herein. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to potential sources regarding their submissions. The Government may revise this RFI, issue a new RFI, or directly engage industry based on the responses received prior to a solicitation being published to gain additional market information and insights. Submission Instructions: Interested vendors who consider themselves qualified to provide the Software mentioned above are invited to submit a response to this RFI.
