04/30/2019: Add04/30/2019: Additional RFI Question Q. "one question regarding the responses to the RFI's, most notably question/response #14. Typically, the designer of record or BCES has the responsibility of reviewing submittals, and especially provide recommendations/stamps, I know we have our designers review submittals when it's a Design Build. Since this was a Design-Bid-Build, the designers should have it in their contract to do this. We can find the professionals to review submittals (although they usually won't provide recommendations/stamps unless they designed it)." NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (30-APR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
