Description

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Solicitation Number 75H70119Q00039 and is issued to notify the public of an upcoming construction project to be performed in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS). This project will be set aside 100% for Small Businesses under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 237110 - Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction with a size standard of $36.5 million. The anticipated solicitation is for the installation of an individual advanced treatment septic system on fee land in King County, WA. The project will consist of a 500-gallon trash tank, 1,000-gallon Advanced Treatment Unit (ATU), 1,500-gallon concrete pump tank, and 563 linear feet of drip drainfield (See attached DRAFT Schedule of Items). This project will provide sanitation facilities to a private home owned by a member of the Cowlitz Tribe. Upon completion, the facilities will be transferred to the homeowner. The system will be operated by the homeowner. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (30-APR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
