Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement Contract N00019-15-G-0026 with the Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation on an 'other than full and open' competitive basis to support an update of the Integrated Mission Management Computer's (IMMC's) Operating System (OS) of MQ-4C Triton aircraft. This effort is necessary to address Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) associated with the IMMC. Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation is the sole developer, designer, and manufacturer of the MQ-4C Triton aircraft. As such, Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation is the only responsible source with the necessary access to the technical data and requisite expertise to perform the contemplated effort with the required schedule. Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation is the sole source managing database requirements for the MQ-4C Triton. There are no subcontractors expected to support.
