Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, located at 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, Lobby M, Suite 2200, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, intends to post a solicitation for Nursing Reference Center Plus and Full Text Finder for the Education and Training Service located at the Detroit VA Medical Center, at 4646 John R Street in Detroit, MI 48201 on April 30, 2019. The solicitation will expire May 3, 2019 at 10:00am EST. The period of performance shall be Base Year 05/07/2019-05/06/2020 and for Four (4) Option Years 05/07/2020-05/06/2024 in strict accordance with terms, conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation, NAICS Code 511120. This solicitation is unrestricted. Statement of Work (SOW) Nursing Reference Center Plus and Full Text Finder Renewal of subscription to Nursing Reference Center Plus which provides evidence-based resources that nurses can access for quick reference at the point of care. The Nursing Reference Center Plus databases and Full Text Finder is a web-based resource, suitable for use for any JDDVAMC staff interested in furthering their personal development or working on advance degrees. Topics included in this database are: Mental Health, Food Science, Dentistry, Geriatrics, Nursing, Nutrition, materials for patient education, Social Work, and Comprehensive and Integrative Medicine. Description of tasks and associated deliverables: deliverables include access to a wide variety of healthcare and research resources, inclusive of scholarly publications in journals, eBooks and Audiobooks, digital magazines, training and learning resources. Included in this service is the collection of utilization and reporting of such utilization by account managers upon request.
