- Page 2 of 2 Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) plans to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for 1 Intensive Case Manager-Social Worker for the Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) in accordance with the specifications listed herein. All work performed under this contract will be completed at VA. Place of Performance: Perform housing search and case management services required in this contract for beneficiaries of the VA Palo Alto Health Care System, Menlo Park Division, located at 795 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025. The solicitation number for this RFQ is 36C26119Q0512_1. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 3, 2019, with an anticipated due date of May 15, 2019. NOTE: This requirement was previously synopsized under 36C26119Q0513. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 561320.
