Description

The United States Air Force, AFLCMC/Operational Contracting Branch, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio is seeking capabilities packages of potential sources, including Small Business (SB), HUBZone, 8(a), Woman-Owned Small (WO) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO) small business concerns. This sources sought is for planning purposes only. The scope of this project involves renovating approximately 6,600 SF of the existing interiors. Interior construction will consist of selective demolition of existing ceilings, walls, doors, utilities and associated finishes to provide new office space, utility rooms, garage and classroom. Upgrades include all associated finishes, fire protection, communications, HVAC/mechanical systems, etc. to fit the new layout. Exterior work will consist of upgrading utilities to the building. No exterior envelope work is included in this project.
