- Special Notice Notice of Intent to Award a Sole-Source Procurement The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 17, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17, located at 5441 Babcock Road, Ste. 302, San Antonio, TX 78240 intends to solicit and award a sole-source firm-fixed priced service agreement for one (1) base year and three (3) option years to Censis Technology, Inc. for the following: ITEM NO. DESCRIPTION QUANTITY UNIT OR STOCK NO. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- SUT301 San Antonio VAMC CensiTrac 1 YR CSGOV San Antonio VAMC GOV cloud 1 YR (includes Data point) SUT301 San Antonio Dental clinic Data Point 1 YR Censitrac SUT301 Kerrville VA Hospital Censitrac 1 YR GSGOV Kerrville VA Hospital GOV Cloud 1 YR Brief Service Description: The Contractor will provide software support/maintenance and license renewals for the Censitrac Instrument Tracking Systems, manufactured by Censis Technologies, Inc. The Contractor will provide CensiTrac Product Support 24/7 via telephone and e-mail. Services will be performed at the following locations: South Texas Veterans Health Care Systems (HCS), Audie L. Murphy VA Hospital, 7400 Merton Minter, San Antonio, Texas 78229, South Texas HCS (Kerrville), 3600 Memorial Blvd, Kerrville, TX 78028 and South Texas HCS (San Antonio), 8410 Data point Rm 110 San Antonio, TX 78229. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 511210 Software Publishers with has a Small Business Size Standard of $38.5M. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of the Multiple- Award Schedule Program (41 U.S.C. 251 and 40 U.S.C. 501). This notice is not to be considered a request for quotations or proposals. No contract will be awarded based on offers received in response to this notice; however, any offers received may be used to determine if a comparable source is available and more advantageous to the government. All responsible sources may submit a response; which, if timely received, will be considered by the agency. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or cost incurred in response to this announcement shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor and will not be reimbursed by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by the response date and time, a task order will be issued to Censis Technology, Inc. without any further notice. Interested firms must respond by email directly to Jose.campa@va.gov no later than 11:00 A.M. CDT on 10 May 2019.
