Description

The USPFO for Ohio Purchasing and Contracting Toledo Office, is issuing this Solicitation notice for Project No: WYTD079031- Construct ACA Shelter at Toledo Air National Guard Base (TANGB), Swanton Ohio. This project includes two (2) 2-Bay semi-heated, pre-engineered alert aircraft shelter's (29,250 SF) to include architectural and site layout, finishes, mechanicals systems, electrical systems, lighting systems, communications and intrusion detection, backup generator power, high expansion foam fire suppression system and plumbing. Exterior site improvements, apron repair/replacement (6,000SY) will be required along with a new electrical service to the building. The construction/contract duration is 420 calendar days after Notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list, which provides adequate time to accomplish construction. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (24-OCT-2018).
