Description

1. General Information: This solicitation is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and corresponding attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued Solicitation W912LQ-19-0023 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-98, effective 31 May 2018. This procurement is being issued as a small business set aside under NACIS code 562991with a small business size of 7.5 million dollars. The Virginia Army National Guard 29th will be conducting an exercise at Fort Indiantown Gap in Annville PA, during the periods of June 14 - July 02 2019. Delivery and services for Latrines, Handwashing Stations, and Roll off dumpsters to support the CPX are needed. 2. Evaluation Criteria: The government intends to award to the lowest priced offeror that meets the requirements as stated in the SOW. Multiple awards will not be made. The statement of work (SOW) included as an attachment to this announcement, or subsequent amendment, will be made a part of any resulting award. This solicitation requires an active registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to the RFQ closing date and time. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov. NOTE: Recent changes to SAM require entities to provide a notarized letter before a new registration will be activated; therefore, interested vendors should not delay registering in this mandatory system.
