Description

This amendment updates Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors - Commercial Items Paragraph (B)(5) and replaces Attachment A - Indy IDIQ PWS, Attachment L - Dates for Sample AIMS, and Attachment N - Indy TO1 PWS with revised versions. In addition, this amendment provides the second round of question responses. The questions addressed were received before 12:00PM on 5/1/2019. All questions must be received by 05/02/19 by 12:00 PM EST per the solicitation Addendum to 52.212-1. The Government will post one additional round of question responses for all questions received between 12:00PM on 5/1/2019 and 12:00PM on 5/2/2019. That response will be posted no later than 12:00PM on 5/7/2019. All other terms and conditions remained unchanged. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (01-MAY-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
