Description

The National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) Advance Systems & Technology Directorate (AS&T) has released a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA)/Government Sources Sought Announcement (GSSA) Framework on the Acquisiton Research Center (ARC) website, http://acq.westfields.net, to solicit new and innovative technology applicable to the NRO/AS&T missions. This BAA/GSSA Framework contains the common elements and related attachments consistent with all AS&T BAA and GSSA efforts. The BAA/GSSA Framework does not constitute (by itself) a request for proposal. Government Program Offices within AS&T will use this BAA/GSSA program updates and announcements. All communication for the AS&T BAA/GSSA Framework will be issues (on a separate link within the ARC website) which will provide additional proposal content, a solicitation schedule, and submission instructions. Together, the BAA/GSSA Framework and the AOI Attachment constitute a request for proposal. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (02-MAY-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
