- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - FA9300-19-P-5016 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and an additional written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All responsible sources may submit a firm-fixed price (FFP) quote which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Supplements, Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01, AFAC 2018-0525 and DFARs Change Notice (DPN) 20190215. NAICS is 333999 with a size standard of 500 employees. This is a commercial acquisition, with Total Small Business Set-Aside, IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) located at Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking to purchase a High Pressure, High Flow Rate Filter Bodies. A detailed description of the requirement (including minimum salient characteristics) is provided below. This RFQ is concerning minimum salient characteristics.
