- This amendment addresses questions and answers generated by the site visit on 17 Apr 19. A "Questions and Answers" attachment is included with this amendment. During the site visit, a discrepancy was discovered with Appendix A, which lists the equipment and locations. As a result, Appendix A has been updated with two additional locations and attached to this amendment. The Reponse Due Date remains unchanged. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (02-MAY-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
