Description

This amendment extends the response date to May 8, 2019. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Short-Term Rental of Residential Real Property in or near the city of Redding, California, a commercial service, prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01 effective December 20, 2018. Quotations are requested via this notice only. The solicitation number is 140P8419Q0039 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is unrestricted. It is not set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 531110. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract to a single vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. In addition, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website at https://www.sam.gov/.
