Description

The purpose of this amendment is to update the proposal due date and upload the DRAFT Solicitation. Questions are due 10 a.m. 10 May 2019. All other terms and conditions remain the same The Department of Education Contracts and Acquisitions Management office located at 550 12th Street Southwest, Washington, D.C., 20202, intends to procure a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract to conduct an implementation and impact evaluation study of transition services for students with disabilities, specifically their effects on improving post-high school outcomes. The services include identifying promising transition programs, finalizing the study design, implementing the Transition Program in Study Schools, and data collection and analyses. Finally, the contractor will write an impact report to summarize the results and findings of the impact evaluation. This requirement will be to support the National Center for Education Evaluation and Regional Assistance (NCEE) within the U.S. Department of Education's (Department) Institute of Education Sciences (IES).
