Cut-off notice for questions/comments/concerns is 13:00CT May 2, 2019 and must be received in electronic format before the time specified. Attached is a Request for Quote (RFQ) in support of the Federal Aviation Administration ™s interagency agreement with Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for the installation of electronic locks, system programming, and training of PIV Card Reader Systems for CBP Stations, Harlingen, Brownsville, and Ft. Brown. The card reader system is for use on CBP RVSS-U Relocatable Tower C2 Shelters. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes and size standards for this effort: NAICS: 561621 Size Standard: $20.5M Services to be performed at the following location on or about the listed dates: Harlingen CBP Station: July 08, 2019 to July 28, 2019 Brownsville CBP Station: July 29, 2019 to August 18, 2019 Ft. Brown CBP Station: August 19, 2019 to September 08, 2019 See attached Statement of Work for specifications. All responses are to be in accordance with the attached terms and conditions. Note closing date and time: Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. Instructions: Respondents must provide the following: 1. Completed RFQ document (6973GH-19-R-00156_RFQ.pdf), including price and delivery information. 2. Support documentation for quoted prices (Commercial price list, invoices, etc.). 3. Description of work to be performed and requirements (Bill of Materials) to be performed. 4. Experience Forms (6973GH-19-R-00156_Attachment 2_Experience Form.docx) based on previous installation experience.
