Description

The Solicitation, W912DR19Q0037 will be 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561720 (Janitorial Services). The small business size standard is $18 million. The project has an anticipated performance period for a base year and one option year. Interested parties must register in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a contract. To register at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM, you will need your DUNS number. Instructions for registering are on the website. Please see the "Instructions to Offerors" section of the solicitation for site visit information. Contractor shall be required to perform all work described in the Performance Work Statement (SOW) at various Armed Forces Recruiting Offices located Maryland and West Virginia. The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, and supplies to complete the Project. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Keilow.k.king@usace.army.mil no later than 08 April, 2019 by 11:00 am EST. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about 01 April, 2019, to all authenticated account holders at Federal Business Opportunities - FEDBIZOPPS - https://www.fbo.gov. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the FBO system to access package.
