Description
Veterans Health Affairs, Network Contracting Office 5, is issuing this Notice of Intent to Sole Source in order to identify any potential sources that have the resources, rights, and capabilities to provide 24 x 7 remote support for the Philips ICCA software system. They will patch the system as necessary as well as provided any necessary software updates and configuration changes. SERVICES REQUIRED The Contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform service and maintenance to support the Philips Healthcare ICIP software and hardware at the Washington DC Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 50 Irving Street NW, Washington, DC 20422. The Contractor shall provide software updates, 24x7 remote support, server patching, and configuration services during this time. The Contractor shall also provide ICIP consultation services. The Contractor shall provide services to the equipment to the ICIP CC, ICIP CC ICU bed 1-16 (qty 14), and ICIP CC MedSurg 1-150 (qty 12), in addition to the software updates. They shall also provide a software application upgrade with installation and clinical education. The contractor shall provide all tools and equipment necessary to properly and safely perform the services set forth within this statement of work. This shall include, but is not limited, to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which may be required for the work to be completed in a safe manner. INTERESTED & CAPABLE RESPONSES: NCO 5 is seeking responses from businesses that are interested in this procurement and consider themselves to have the resources, rights, and capabilities necessary to provide these services. VA assumes no responsibility for any costs incurred associated with the preparation of responses submitted as a result of this notice.
