- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Office of Healthcare Transformation (OHT), in conjunction with the VA Strategic Acquisition Center-Frederick (SAC-F) has a potential requirement for VHA Integrated Healthcare Transformation (IHT). The purpose of this special notice (36C10X19Q0143) is to publicize the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) and DRAFT Evaluation factors for this potential requirement. Vendors are encouraged to review and submit questions pertaining to these documents; however, each vendor will be able to submit no more than two (2) questions per company. All questions are to be submitted to the Contract Specialist, William Milline at William.Milline@va.gov and Contracting Officer, Allen Smith at Allen.Smith3@va.gov no later than Thursday, May 9, 2019 @ 3:00pm/ET. Note: The Government intends to respond to questions from Industry; however, each question may not be answered. The Government intends to address the common themes of questions / Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) accordingly during Industry Day and all questions will be addressed in a later FBO posting for full transparency to Industry.
