Please see attached document for full RFQ. This is a Brand Name requirement to Malvern Panalytical Inc for a capillary rheometer and accessories INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF QUOTATION: The technical quote shall be submitted no later than 11:30 AM PST on 05/21/2019 and shall be valid for 60 days. All vendor questions shall be submitted via email no later than 1:00PM PST on 5/17/2019. Submit Quotes via E Mail to the below: Alyson McClellan Contract Specialist 831-656-2481 amgraves@nps.edu Contractor ™s proposal shall be valid for sixty (60) days and include Volume 1, and 2. Each document should contain the following language on every page: SOURCE SELECTION SENSITIVE - SEE FAR PART 2.101 AND 3.104, preferably submitted combined in one PDF file, not to exceed 20 pages and 2MB). Volume I - Technical Submission Volume 1 shall include the offeror ™s name, CAGE code, DUNS number and business size Technical proposal to include delivery time and product specifications in accordance with the minimum technical requirements specified in the Statement of Requirements Submitted in MS Word and / or Excel or PDF format. No more than 20 pages total. Each page labeled with Contractor ™s name and pages numbered in the following format: page ___ of ___. Volume II “ Price Submission - vendors shall provide a proposed schedule of supplies with associated prices at a firm-fixed price in accordance with the CLIN table provided below. Detailed price quote shall break out the cost of all equipment and all shipping fees (if not included). Contractors are encouraged to include any Federal and/or Educational discounts. Include all warranty information, terms and conditions and anticipated lead time and delivery date. Quoted items must include all power sources and note items needed to operate the equipment. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (07-MAY-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
