The Government under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) FAR Part 13 intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Carl Stahl for Custom Cable Assembly, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b). Carl Stahl retains exclusive rights in its intellectual property disclosed or developed. Carl Stahle has created part number 2065SPN-43 is now a part of the approved configuration. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (07-MAY-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
