- The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to solicit for the following: Visera Elite Video System Center Manufacturer: Olympus America, Inc. Part Number: OTV-S190 Quantity: 1 Visera Elite Xenon Light Source Manufacturer: Olympus America, Inc. Part Number: CLV-S190 Quantity: 1 Visera Elie Keyboard Manufacturer: Olympus America, Inc. Part Number: MAJ-1921 Quantity: 1 TC-C3 Compact Trollery Manufacturer: Olympus America, Inc. Part Number: K10030136 Quantity: 1 26 Inch High-Definition LCD Monitor Manufacturer: Olympus Part Number: OEV-262H Quantity: 1 The items listed above will be utilized at the VA Medical Center Eye Clinic located in Providence, RI. Contractors will also need to provide installation and implementation of the equipment as well as clinical and technical training for the VA Medical Center Staff. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Priced contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsive offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the government in terms of price. The solicitation will be set aside for SDVOSBs who have the capabilities to fulfill this requirement. Solicitation 36C24119Q0288 will be available for download from FedBizOpps on May 08, 2019. The close date will be on May 15, 2019 at 12:00 PM EST time. Copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of the contract. Registration may be accomplished at www.sam.gov.
