- The Regional Health Contracting Office-Atlantic, Fort Gordon, GA is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for a supply contract to provide WINN Army Community Hospital, Warfighter Refractive Surgery Program (WRESP), Ft Stewart, GA with a base year, plus four (4) option year supply contract for LASIK/PRK treatment cards, such as the 21TX IDesign System Advanced Custom Vue Treatment Cards (0040-1000-92) in order to continue to provide state of the art refractive surgery for the regions Soldiers, enhancing the readiness and combat effectiveness of our forces. The equipment that utilizes these treatment cards is the iDesign New Wave Studio System that contains "STAR laser software" and the supplies must be compatible with this equipment. The contract period is from the date of award through 30 September 2023, including options. Any contract supply providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. This acquisition will be solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 339115 -- Ophthalmic Goods Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,000. If your organization has the capacity to provide these supplies, please provide the following information: 1) organization name, address, email address, website address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of item capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements.
