- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number S5121A-19-Q-0010 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This requirement will be solicited and awarded using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2019-01, effective 20 Dec 2018 and DPN 50190430, effective 30 APR 2019. The associated NAICS code is 721110 and the small business size standard is $32.5M. This requirement will be solicited unrestricted.
