- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is N0024419Q0171. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005 101. This solicitation is issued as 100% small business set aside. NAICS Code 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance business size is $20.5M. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 21 May 2019 11:00 AM Pacific Standard Time. LINE ITEM 0001 Annual Preventative Maintenance services. Qty. 1 each. Services shall be provided in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) herein. This line item shall include total cost of all services. Estimated Base Year Period of Performance: June 1, 2019 to May 31, 2020 LINE ITEM 0002 Three quarterly preventative maintenance services. Qty. 3 each. Services shall be provided in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) herein. This line item shall include the unit cost for each service and total cost. Estimated Base Year Period of Performance: June 1, 2019 to May 31, 2020 LINE ITEM 1001 Annual Preventative Maintenance services. Qty. 1 each. Services shall be provided in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) herein. This line item shall include total cost of all services. Option Year I Period of Performance: June 1, 2020 to May 31, 2021 LINE ITEM 1002 Three quarterly preventative maintenance services. Qty. 3 each. Services shall be provided in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) herein. This line item shall include the unit cost for each service and total cost. Option Year I Period of Performance: June 1, 2020 to May 31, 2021 LINE ITEM 2001 Annual Preventative Maintenance services. Qty. 1 each. Technical questions shall reference the solicitation number and shall be submitted via EMAIL and received NO LATER THAN COB 5:00PM (PST) ON MAY 17TH. Questions received after this date will not be guaranteed a response. All questions and answers will be posted in the form of an amendment to the solicitation for viewing by all other potential quoting contractors. Other methods of question submittal will not be acknowledged.
